Skyscraper Hines has been made with additives and Innovative Technologies from Tecnochem Italiana S.p.A.

The concretes of the Skyscraper Hines, height 231 meters in Milan were made with additives and Innovative Technologies of TECNOCHEM ITALIANA.

Milan is renewed with the Porta Nuova Project which is a project of urban renewal and architectural design of large areas of the quarters  Varesine and Garibaldi for a total of 290000 square meters.
Tecnochem Italiana, leader company in technological innovation is participating in this renewal with Additives and assistance of all Concretes used with particularly innovation for the implementation of load-bearing structures: Pillars (85 MPa) and Foundations (40 Rck low heat of hydration) of the famous Skyscraper Hines.

THE LOAD BEARING STRUCTURE-PILLARS: are designed with super self-compacting concrete RcK 85 MPa, rheodynamic, pumped up to 160 meters high, with workability up to 180 minutes, fire resistance up to 180 minutes.

The FOUNDATIONS have been realised: with thicknesses from 3 meters to 5.5 meters, self-compacting concrete RcK 40 MPa, with a very low heat of hydration, designed and monitored to Δt ≤ 25 ° C between the core and the surface of the casting in the winter season.

Tecnos azur® CB/ER specially formulated: Formulated Poly-carboxylate high-performance Super-plasticizers and Rheodynamics with Very low ratio W/C.

PLASTARD 18: plasticizer and Integral retarder of the hydratation Process.

SHRINKO-tec® nano 4: Formulated for the Nanometric Reduction of autogenous and drying shrinkage of concretes.

MICROBETON® POZ: Additive based on condensed micro-silica with high pozzolanic activity.

MICROBETON® POZ / H: mineral additive in powder based on active silica and silicates, Micronized, with Extremely high Pozzolanic and Rheodynamic properties.

SCC VISCO: Thickening Additive and Stabilizer for Self-compacting Concrete.

RAPI-tec® Flooring System: Micro-concrete, none shrinking, fast hardening: 1 hour foot traffic, trafficability 5 hours.

INSULATOR-tec 10: Thermal Protective Sheath for Reinforced Concrete.

Tecnochem Italiana S.p.A. reinforces the Hotel Excelsior Gallia in Milan

Milan is renovating and Tecnochem Italiana is first in line for the restoration and the requalification of the Hotel Excelsior Gallia in Milan, built in the thirties and enlarged in the early sixties. The intention of the new owners is now to transform it in a luxury 5 stars hotel.

Tecnochem Italiana supplied the consultancy and the materials for the Hotel structural reinforcement. On an article dedicated to the Hotel renovation, the Edilizia News web site mentioned all the companies involved in this big project having Tecnochem Italian as leader.

Seminar in Piacenza 12th June 2013

Tecnochem Italiana S.p.A. organizes the Seminar:

 “From Project to Jobsite: STRUCTURAL REINFORCEMENT AND ADJUSTMENT BEFORE AND AFTER EARTHQUAKE WITH VERY HIGH PERFORMANCE DUCTILE MICRO CONCRETES”.

The Seminar will take place in Piacenza on Wednesday June 12, 2013 at 14:45 at Ordine degli Ingegnieri della Provincia di Piacenza – San Marco Street, 16.

Tecnochem Italiana will participate with a Technical Seminar entitled :
SYSTEMS FOR STRUCTURAL REINFORCEMENT AND PRE / POST SEISMIC RETROFITTING WITH VERY HIGH-PERFORMANCE DUCTILE MICROCONCRETES
which will take place in Fano (PU), c/o the Multimedia Library “Montanari Memo”, Amiani square, on Friday 19th April 2013, from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.,  in occasion of the event “IO NON TREMO – Free of knowing and living with earthquake” .

This event is organized by the Order of Engineering  of Pesaro and Urbino in cooperation with the Association “Io non tremo” - Fano 13th-28th April 2013.
